2 weeks and 5 days to go… This will be a very short update – with less than three weeks of time left to complete my PhD I’m working very long days to make the most of it. But, I did want to take a moment to update as a lot has happened in the last few weeks.
Ting and I toured Brisbane and Sydney via the Kultour program:
My work, the Monkey King Concerto was performed by Orchestra X at the ABC’s Iwaki auditorium (I’ll post some recordings of this concert next month after finishing phd):
Cedar says ‘dada’ (Lucas has once or twice as well, but it seems to be Cedar’s favourite sound – he often says in for fun and in protest!):

Well, that’s all for now, gotta get back to the books—but I’ll be back to the blog with a vengeance in mid May after submitting my thesis… In the mean time, Lucas will help – and no, I won’t let him fall off!
